Scrambled Eggs with Chicken Sausages Recipe

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 tbsp milk (for fluffier eggs)

  • ½ tsp chilli flakes (optional)

  • ½ tsp mixed herbs (optional)

  • 1 tbsp butter or oil

  • 4-5 chicken sausages, sliced into rounds

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)

  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander or spring onions for garnish

    🔹 Step 1: Cook the Sausages

    1. Heat a non-stick pan with a little oil or butter.

    2. Add sliced chicken sausages and sauté until golden and slightly crisp.

    3. Remove and set aside.

    🔹 Step 2: Prep the Eggs

    1. In a bowl, crack the eggs and add milk, salt, pepper, herbs, and chilli flakes.

    2. Beat well until the mixture is light and frothy.
