🔹 Step 1: Preheat & Prep

In another bowl, combine milk, egg, oil (or melted butter), and vanilla.

In a small bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon.

Add cold butter cubes and mix using fingers or a fork until crumbly.
