Ingredients
6 eggs

½ cup milk or cream

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or a mix)

½ cup cooked ham, finely chopped

¼ cup onion, finely chopped (optional)

1 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Butter or oil for greasing

Optional: Ready-made mini tart shells or use a muffin tray with puff pastry or pie dough

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Grease a mini muffin tin or line it with pastry cups or tart shells.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with milk or cream.

Add salt, pepper, parsley/chives and mix well.

Into each muffin cup, add a pinch of ham, some chopped onions, and shredded cheese.

Pour the egg mixture into each cup, just enough to cover the filling.

Top with a little extra cheese if you like it extra gooey ๐ง

Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the quiches are puffed and golden on top.

Let them cool for 5 minutes before removing.

No ham? Use cooked bacon, chicken, or go vegetarian with mushrooms, spinach, or bell peppers.

Add a tiny spoon of cream cheese or feta for an extra creamy bite.
