- 2 Tbsp Lime juice

- 4 Tomatoes (seeded and chopped), peeled
- 2 Tbsp Coriander, chopped

🔹 Step 1: Prepare the Masala Chicken

In a pan, heat oil/ghee on medium flame.

Add chopped onions and sauté till golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute until the raw smell disappears.

Toss in chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and mushy.

Add turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, and garam masala. Mix well.

Now add the cooked shredded chicken and mix everything together.

Let it cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. The masala should be thick and well-coated on the chicken.

Finish with chopped coriander leaves.
🔹 Step 2: Toast the Bread

Butter both sides of the bread slices.

Toast on a tawa/pan until golden and crisp, or use a toaster.
